Words Alive could not be the success that it is without the tireless and generous effort of our volunteers. If you are passionate about the arts and want to get involved in your community to help put on the largest literary festival in York Region, then we want to hear from you.

Join an energetic and fun-loving group of volunteers helping to enrich the literary arts in York Region. As a volunteer, you’ll receive training, lunch, a Words Alive t-shirt, and the satisfaction of knowing you’ve contributed to the success of a special day.
